"My family and I stayed there for a two nights the hotel is outdated, however we slept very comfortable. Make sure you take your shampoo and soap bars as for the ones the hotel provides leave you dry skin. The office staff is friendly and we found parking right away in the property. There is a target Costco about two minutes away. And 20 minutes away from Carmel by the sea. It was within our budget and if I were to take my family up again, I would definitely stay here again."

"The five of us (parents three 20 something sons) had a great time getting away together. We played games, cooked, took walks at the nearby beach and went on a handrail ride (train tracks and all). The house is set up well for family hanging out. If you are planning on specific cooking/baking, I'd bring your 'have to have' supplies (cookie sheets for one) just in case."
