"My family of four, two adults and two kids, had plenty of room in this super clean and oceanside rental. We spent a lot of our time on the deck or on the beach…which is a few houses from its entrance. This house is even better in person (and that’s with the listing pics being adorable). Walking distance to ice cream, mini golf, restaurants, shopping and sunsets. It’s an old LBI feeling part of town. Nice and quiet. Hoping to stay here again next year! Thanks Roy!!!"

"Overall my group had a great time, Rob is a very kind, reasonable, and responsive host, and the house came largely without any issues. The photos in this listing are probably the most effective use of wide-lens photography I've ever seen, and they make every space in this house look much larger than it actually is. "Big home that could accommodate a big family! Cool projector movie room, updated first floor living area. Bedrooms are big! Having 3 king beds in 3 bedrooms is a plus!
