"We've stayed at this property before, and it's been great both times. The only challenge this time is we had great difficulty with the code to enter the property and also to lock it. After the fourth or fifth try, the door would magically unlock, but then we couldn't get it to lock when we were leaving! We finally were able to speak with someone at Vacasa and they reset the code from their end. Thankfully we had no further problems."
