"This hotel is located on the beach at Newport beach. There is a small parking lot at the property that charges per night. Street parking was very very easy to find, street parking is charged from 8am to 6pm, we parked on the street. Coffee in the morning was excellent and the water station was cold and great tasting. The hotel is older, which adds to its charm. It is not handicap accessible, and would be difficult for senior to navigate the many many steps. "

"We were looking for proximity to the beach and Pacific City, and this was perfect. Access to Mainstreet- farmers market, bike rentals, restaurants- and the pier is also incredible. Hosts anre excellent. Very friendly and communicative. Highly recommend this sweet little spot. "

The owner is slow to respond to concerns and seemed disinterested in making things right. No garage opener so you are running in and out to close the garage door and lock up to leave. "We don’t have enough good things to say. The location was perfect. It was easy to walk to Main Street. Stores were close. Make sure you go to The Beach House for brunch. It was just steps to the ocean. Checkin/checkout were flawless. It was really nice to have a dedicated parking spot. Elena and Kye are excellent hosts and make sure you feel welcome. Highly recommend and we’ll visit again."

"Great spot to stay,it was so super relaxing.the Owners are great People ,very happy and informative of the area..sleeping on a boat is great ,I havent slept like that since a baby hahahah.
