"The location of this property was amazing, two blocks from the beach and close to restaurants and parks. However, the house was not totally as described. Several of the major appliances were not working including the dishwasher. The Weber grill’s propane tank was empty, and the outdoor shower does not drain. The AC was working but could not handle temperatures above 75, we would come back from the beach and the house would be 80 degrees inside and would not totally cool until the sun went down....
