"This was an awesome, and unique place. Beautiful woodwork, amazing windows and features. But it is 130 years old and things are definitely unique. We loved it. Never quite figured out the shower (n the Miracle room) but that’s alright. The staff was great. Matt, the bartender/waiter, was the highlight. Funny, yet professional. Talented. We would like to return. What an experience. We were there for a show downtown. Next time we will stay for dinner. "

"Wasn’t in the house much- just stayed here while skiing at bittersweet. But description of the property is right on and communication was fast. Only issue is the bunk room doesn’t get very warm in the middle of winter. "

"We did a winter stay due to family events occurring in January. Because the grandkids are from the south, they never get to experience snow or a frozen lake. It was beautiful views for them to enjoy out of the windows and seeing ice fisherman was a real treat for everyone.There were plenty of beds for everyone and we had no issues with having an infant.
