I liked that the hotel was located near everything I had planned for my fiancé birthday and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Even though there is a fee for breakfast, you are not allowed to take your paid breakfast to your paid room which I disagree with. I booked the king suite and expected the large window as pictured but instead received a room with jail (long and narrow) windows without any view, they should remove the stock photo since it is misleading. Room was clean and comfortable.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very kind and professional. My room was very clean and quiet! The restaurant and bar was very nice! We had the pleasure of having Lola take care of us and she went above and beyond to tell us about Western Michigan University. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will be back!!

This hotel is very inconvenient to get in and out of. Park across the street, use your keycard to get into the skybridge, walk very far to get to the elevator, use your keycard to use the elevator, use your keycard to get in the room, use your keycard to turn on the lights. Other than those issues, it is a nice hotel. Staff is very friendly, great fitness room, and I like that they have a bar in the lobby.
