Hotel was nice. Room had several issues including a broken bathroom door, clogged sink and broken tp holder. Also, I had to call the front desk to have several children removed from the hallway in the middle of the night loitering by the elevator. We have a 7 month old and they were very loud.

We love this place!
We stay here often. Maybe 6 times a year. We love the staff, especially Adam and Callie. The rooms are large and always clean. The restaurant food is delicious and perfect location to visit family and friends in the area and enjoy downtown Kalamazoo!
