"The hotel was dated on the outside but once you were in the room we got was clean and tidy. The hotel had parking at the back which was very handy. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was superb 👌 "

"Great place as a base for exploring the Borders. Overall stay was good. Room was exceptionally clean(had a couple of minor niggles but these were dealt with happily and swiftly). Stayed in a double which was quite small (with only one bedside table). Would 'upgrade' to a larger room if staying again. The best thing about this hotel is the people and the outstanding service they provide-nothing too much trouble and so friendly. Ooh- and good food including a fab breakfast. "
