"Very rude lady who greeted us at front desk and demanded we provide credit card to get even though the same card was on file on their computer record…the lady had a poor explanation as to why I needed to provide my credit card. Also, the lady said this hotel was different then other Radisson hotels and this hotel has different policies…did not make any sense. Other hotel employees were very polite during our stay "

"The room was clean. The shower head gave out ample amounts of water. The hair and body care products were attached to the shower wall and on the wall near the sink. The ones I used were effective and luxurious. Plenty of towels. Plenty of cups. The pillows were labeled soft and firm, and they were very comfotable. The chairs were a bit funky, but they were sturdy enough."

"Starves good as usual. We were expecting free breakfast as we have in past. We were there for three days. Food ran out early on and not refilled for an hour. The next two mornings there was NO BREAKFAST at all. Very disappointed. That’s never happened before and we’ve stayed there atleast 5 times. All lights in breakfast room were turned off. "

"I like the location since it it close to shopping and access to the interstate is close. I appreciate the free breakfast since many hotels don’t offer it. I love that there is coffee, tea, and hot chocolate offered at the entrance. I also love that bottled water is offered upon check-in. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
