"We appreciated this warm, quiet, clean, comfortable apartment. It is not in the Cathedral grounds as advertised. It is on the second floor which is not mentioned in the property details. Half the kitchen lights were not working, there was no bath plug or shower mat and rail. We found dirty crockery in the dishwasher (which we did not use). Hooks in the hallway to hang wet outdoor clothing would have been useful."

"We stayed for a long weekend in order to visit our daughter. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very luxurious. Emily was a great host. Communicated well and was super helpful. Some great hints snd tips about places to eat etc. The location is perfect. Right near St Andrews and within walking distance of the Cathedral and the city centre.We love Norwich and now have a great place to stay when there."

Although when we arrived, the beds hadn’t been made due to an issue with the owners calendars so we had to wait 30 mins after driving nearly 4 hours. "We had wonderful communication with Emily before our arrival. Her check in details were precise and clear to follow. We had asked about an ironing board and Emily had very kindly left one outside the apartment the next morning. The apartment is situated in a small, gated complex with a dedicated parking stall for the unit. We were really happy with the size of the apartment and the closeness to downtown. It was quiet and peaceful. We were there for 9 days and had some great sunny periods....
