"Pros: The apartment was clean and had plenty of towels and the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary pots and pans if you wish to cook. However, no salt, pepper, oil, or sugar was available, so if staying short term not worth buying to cook a few meals. "Pros: nice small pool, the view, the waves 10-15 meters from house, friendly owner. Quiet headland location, Scoglitti village 10 mins drive with basic amenities nice grocers and bakers etc. No tourists in October. Informal and simple lifestyle for a chill out. Accoms for 11 in a 3 bed and 4 doubles. Nice outside sun area overlooking the Med. if you want an unsophisticated chill out place for a large group away from it all then this would suit. "Nice stay"

"Carmela couldn't have been a better host - she went above and beyond to provide information and additional amenities to cater for our group (eg. providing advice and a microwave for one of our babies with allergies). The units were spotless and the pool was regularly cleaned (Carmela's husband did this so they were there semi-regularly). There was a technical fault with some of the air-con units but Carmela did everything to rectify it. They also left us local vegetables which were delicious!...

"From the detailed emailed directions through the labyrinth of Ibla to the beautiful room and abundant breakfast this little gem lacked gor nothing. Staff is exceptionally kind. I felt more like a guest in someone's exquisitely updated but historical home."

"This hotel is perched above the town and has a beautiful garden filled with fruit trees, and views of the duomo, town and valley. It's a lovely, quiet place and it even has parking about 5 minutes up the hill, which is impossible to find in Ragusa Ibla. The staff are very gracious, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was so quiet, and the bed was very comfortable with a mattress topper. We highly recommend it. "

"Easy to find. Parking is on the street nearby, we didnt have to pay but i would think in busier times the free parking would fill up then you would have to park in pay zone. Nice bright room. Good breakfast included. Close to centre of town but far enough away to be quiet."

"The staff was so wonderful and warm to (Jaime Melo and Sal and Nonno Baglieri) special gratitude to Ritonela Federico and Biagio. They helped beyond expectation to all our needs. Changing of room was done immediately and smoothly. We all felt so welcomed and would promote this great Family resort to everyone who appreciates peace and quiet and amazing staff. Breakfast was an abundance of great fresh food and baked goods, all that one would expect and some. Us Canadians are so grateful. Thank you fresh"
