"Nice property and good walking distance to art museum and Nationwide Arena - parking was a separate garage which was a little annoying but it’s attached on the 2nd floor by a bridge so not too bad just elevators didn’t work, make sure to park on that level if you don’t valet. Room was nice and clean, staff was super nice, only there for one night so can’t speak to much else"

"What a charming place! Tracy, the property manager, is an absolute angel! The only hiccup during our stay was the shower handle was broken and stuck on hot. We let Tracy know and we were immediately moved to a new room and she called the owner who showed up within 10 minutes and then called someone to fix it that day (even though that room was currently now empty). I can not adequately describe how wonderful of an establishment this place truly is... I have stayed at air bnbs, hotels, motels,...
