"The reception is on the second floor with no elevator. I had to carry my luggage with me up to the reception first and then carry it back to the first floor where my room was. It would be great if it can be better organized and communicated before the check in. Everything else was just amazing."

"Great, quiet rooms. Have stayed multiple times now when flying into or out of Munich. Great location and facilities. Restaurant whilst a little expensive is great for dinner and breakfast. The light switches in the bedrooms are fantastic … one button and you can kill all lights, no hunting around the room… :) "
