"We couldn't fault our stay here, the staff were friendly, room was immaculate and the pool was a lovely way to start the day. You can walk into Basel in around 20 minutes or there is a tram stop just down the road."

"The location was great, the windows of the room was not adequate. Only one of 3 windows could be open and when you open thw window /thwre was no acxess to walk from the bed. The AC was none existance and on 49F temp evening the room was 73F inside! They switch us to another room at 11pm, but temp was probably 70f blowing hot air . Their Wify was Very Slow!"
