Water-side rooms on upper levels have a stunning view of the canal. Restaurant was very good. Bar/lounge has booked shows, so check in advance and buy tickets if you're interested. Very reasonable on-site parking, but there was always available street parking as well. "

"Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall. Also, the hotel provided a free coffe and bus pass if guest want to see the city throughout the duration of your stay. "
