"They had great customer service and Maria at the restaurant was amazing. Also, they noticed it was my husband’s birthday and left him a nice birthday card with a Prosecco bottle. They do not have elevators so be prepared to carry your luggage’s upstairs. Parking was a bit hard to find since we arrived late at night when everything was closed. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"We were worried about staying after reading other reviews but we couldn’t really fault it! We arrived late in the evening (9pm) and had to call the receptionist to check in (this is the only negative point we have, it would’ve been nice to check in straight away and quickly given we’d just done a 10 hour drive however once we’d called them they came quickly and we checked in with no problems) room was clean, comfy and well equipped. "Great place to stay, not a very walkable area though. Bus comes infrequently, and getting anywhere without a car is difficult. Staff was very helpful, overall it was a great experience."

"The entire staff was professional, enthusiastic, and welcoming. The room with 2 terraces was one of the nicest I have ever had the privilege to experience. The breakfast was included and had everything you would expect in a modern mountain atmosphere. We also dined at the “cafe” overlooking the golf course which had a very fun vibe and excellent food. "it's a very quaint antique like hotel, every piece of furniture has history. the room is comfortable and has wonderful view look out to the nearby garden. the cow bells sound in the morning is very soothing. it really brings me back to 1900s. the breakfast is delicious. it's a wonderful experience to stay here comparing to a more modern hotel that doesn't have much characters. "
