"The cleaning at this property is done superficially. They need to do a deep clean as there is dirt in the corners, smell from the sheets and blanket, dust on applicances and slime in the kettle. There was a service door to the bathroom which isn't itself a problem, but I could smell cigarette smoke coming through every so often in the morning."

"ABOMINABLE. I have attempted to communicate with you on this platform AND Facebook. The owner told us the property was unavailable because it was rented out on long lease. We had to find alternative accommodation. The owner claims to have tried to arrange our refund, to no avail. Your system needs to be less automated because quite frankly, it sucks. So, I am again...

"We had a marvellous time at Caracal Lodge. It was a wonderful away from it all experience. Magtree Cottage was very comfortable and well equipped even though there is no electricity, power being supplied by gas appliances, paraffin lamps and LED lighting. It was magical to wake up with views of the resident giraffe family as well as zebra, impala, horses and a pet pig! Outside there was a braai, fire pit in a lovely shaded area and a small pond. Exploring the 300 hectare game park there...
