"This is a great location for downtown Allentown, you can walk to a lot of places. We felt safe in the neighborhood and had no problems with moving in or out of the house. The rooms are big, so there is plenty of space. It is an older home, so the steps are squeaky and there are other minor old house details. We love older homes and found it charming in many ways. There are window AC units in every room, which was nice. Only 1.5 bathrooms, so a larger group might need to plan accordingly. As...

"We had a great stay at the guest house. It’s a lovely home with great accommodations located in Jim Thorpe. The house had everything we needed and Helen was a great host and easy to communicate with. There is a great outdoor patio with a gas fire pit which we enjoyed using. It’s an easy walk in to Jim Thorpe to restaurants and shops. We will definitely go back again!"

"This is a quiet lovely home in a wooded development with a great back yard area about 15 minutes from historical Jim Thorpe, PA. We were visiting to enjoy fall foliage and to bike the Lehigh River Gorge. It was a great place to stay away from the huge crowds of downtown Jim Thorpe. The home was large so we never used the 2nd floor bedroom space, or the basement family room.... great areas for a larger group. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend for family groups to enjoy this beautiful...

"Picked this house because I needed to have a dog travel with me. Inside is nice. Outside and neighborhood, not ideal. Grass was so long my dog wouldn’t walk in it. The deck and porches are not somewhere you would sit and admire the view. Luckily we did not plan to hang out outside. So it worked for us. "
