"Llegamos y tuvimos que aguardar por horas alguién abrir la puerta de la habitación, después aguardamos acabar la limpieza pues nada estaba limpio incluyendo nuestra habitación. Después que volvemos de la calle luego hecho el checkin, estuvimos bien, pues todo ya estaba limpio, sin embargo, una noche olvidamos las llaves en el festival y nadie pudo abrir la habitación para nosotros por un día todo.
