"My third time staying in this hotel for business trip. Steps away from HBF Main Train Station, having advantage to arrive and depart conveniently. Will stay again for sure. Just one draw back is that there is no phone in room and I have tried calling down to request slippers, always no answer at front desk. I have to go down to front desk and get that..... and queue up before getting."

"Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und zufriedenstellend. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Die Umgebung war in Ordnung, aber für eine Nacht war uns das nicht so wichtig. Parkplätze gab es so keine, aber direkt daneben ist eine Tiefgarage. Also alles kein Problem."

"Loved this relatively new build apartment hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the accommodation is high quality and well maintained. My only slight disappointment is that the few English speaking channels in the tv were all news related. But I know you are supposed to be doing things and not watching tv all the time. Still a couple of movie channels would be helpful fill in down time."

"Good location but very noisy. Rooms are not soundproof at all and not really clean. There was a bug in my room but the hotel told me that I couldn't cancel the booking as I paid non refundable in advance. And even when I told them, that I paid for a proper service only a room change was offered. Won't stay there any again."

"The hotel was close to the main station which was very convenient and it had good facilities. For a business traveller it provided a comfotable stay. Overall would definitely come again. The only downside I had was that the TV had a screen mirroring function but I couldn't get it to work because the TV could not connect to the hotel WIFI - however, the stay was still excelllent"
