"Truly the most incredible service. They gave recommendations for food right when we got there and on our last day when the ferry was canceled assisted with helping me find other transportation. "The area around the train station in Naples may be off putting to many travelers. It is not Naples at its best. However, the location could not have been better for our needs and Alfredo at the front desk was most helpful in communicating with us before our trip, and getting us checked in quite late after our flight from Athens had a schedule change.
