"This is a shabby, dirty, and rundown hostel. Their website pictures must be photoshopped. Don't stay here if you can afford anything better. We were shocked as the pictures portrayed it in such better condition. Dirty bathroom, uneven dark halls with sheets hung across for a door. As well, the owner promised us a parking spot (two weeks prior in exchanged emails) for 10 euros and when we arrived, there wasn't any available and we were told our car would be towed. It was too late then for us...

"Sehr schöne Gegend, Haus befindet sich am Rand des Waldes. GastgeberInnen sind sehr nett und freundlich. Bett ist äußerst weich und bequem. Es hat ständig geregnet, sonst hätte ich mein Fahrrad mitgebracht, weil die Gegend fürs Rennrad fahren ausgezeichnet ist. Höchstens empfohlen. "

"Staying here was a fluke, and one of the highlights of my three visits to the Allgau region, in fact I would go as far as to say my three trips to Germany. I should point out I enjoy climbing in the mountains of NZ, so the rolling hill country that this area covers was a great relaxing way to meet both the country and the people. "Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern in dem Online-Auftritt. Alles sehr schön und ordentlich eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Zwei Mankos: die Tür konnte phasenweise nur sehr schlecht und schwer aufgeschlossen werden. Des Weiteren war die Kaffeemaschine nicht mehr in ihren besten Tagen (hat jedoch ihren Zweck erfüllen können). "

"The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "
