"Firstly, the location was perfect for us. We landed at Hamburg and one direct train took us to within 2 minute walk to the front door. It is close to the alt stadt and harbour area, which we frequented, but it is actually quite central to a lot of stuff. The hotel was very nice. Check in was a breeze and the room was a good size with everything that we needed. The only negative, it was quite a warm room, but hindsight, i think there was some temperature control we could have played around...

"The place was nice and we enjoyed breakfast variety on the table and they have vegetarian food too my favorite was fresh fruit salad and home made smoothies everyday. Staffs very friendly and English speaking. The place is walkable to many places. 👍"

"Pleasant stay, nautical themed, clean and tidy. Staff were nice too. Would consider staying again if in Hamburg! Location a little out the way but I'm sure in time it's being developed! "

"Lovely! Very new and modern, with amazing facilities, very comfortable rooms with every amenity I could think of. Vastly exceeded my expectations. Would 100% stay here again. Easy walk to a number of Hamburg's main attractions. Wish I'd had more time there. The ONLY negative: On-site parking is available, but very expensive (40EUR/day). "

"I loved this hotel. I was drawn to it because it’s built on top of a former flak tower, making it a truly unique place to stay. The hotel is completely self-enclosed, so you don’t get strangers walking past your room—despite what some reviews falsely claim. The room itself was clean, warm, and offered a beautiful view of Hamburg. I was also impressed by how quiet it was.
