"We had the room on the top (5th floor). It had a huge bathroom with a great deep tub (plus a big shower). The room, which was a very spacious, had beautiful exposed beams. It was charming (more so than the other units of the property, which were also nice, just not as charming) and really nicely situated in Heidelberg, two blocks or so from the castle and Christmas markets. If I am ever in Heidelberg again I would certainly stay there! The only downside is there is no elevator and the steps up...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property and Oberderdingen. It was located in a beautiful and relaxing town, but close to all areas to visit. "Perfect little gem just off the Marktplatz in Heidelberg’s beautiful Altstadt. No frills, but clean and comfortable. You cannot beat this location. Easy walk in and walk out. "We really enjoyed our stay here, it was beautiful, homey, and spacious. We utilized the kitchen, which while small, had all the amenties. The balconies were great, especially the one in the back. The living room and bedrooms had lots of space and storage. The host was super responsive, and very helpful and knowledgeable, and dealt with my terrible german very well.
