The location provides good access to Mannheim's extensive transit system. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the complimentary midday pastries and coffee is a really nice touch. The bar staff were great and that was good place to unwind after a busy day. The biggest let down and this is more of a personal thing is the mattress and pillows. The mattress is very hard and firm and the pillows were poor quality so adjusting to a -ve 6 hour time change sleeping on an uncomfortable bed made the adjustment tough. The mattress was anything but a "sleep better mattress."Goldilocks from Canada

Very friendly staff, especially in the kitchen. When they didn’t have what I looked for at the breakfast the nice lady went and made it in the kitchen for me. Even if I said I didn’t need it, what a service!

Great place to stay
We had a fabulous time here. The staff are very attentive, we had a family room which was nice and big. You can order amenities online and they turned up in record time. The bed was very comfortable. We had a lovely time. The Luisa park is close by which is great with kids and it's anneasy walk to the centre. Everything was perfect :)
