"We have just stayed for a week, perfect location for country walks, dog friendly, lovely warm and well equipped house. "

"14 of us (ages ~30+) stayed here for a weekend for a hen party for one of my friends, we needed a Midlands location that was easily accessible from the centre of town and this house was just what we needed. Rikesh was really helpful and communicative. Although the house was perfect for what we needed, it could do with a little updating and sprucing up."

"Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good "

"My two daughters and I needed budget accommodation for a couple of nights in Nottingham. This is in an ideal location, close to both Beeston Railway Station and Beeston Centre, where frequent trams take you straight into the centre of Nottingham. The room is spacious. Furnishings are simple but perfectly adequate. We appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave! Having not stayed in this type of property before, the remote check-in process caught me out initially - make sure you read the check-in...

"One of the nicest rental properties we have ever stayed at! Joanne’s property was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated and just a few minutes walk from central Stamford. Joanne was very attentive and house was well equipped. Would love to come back again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay at this property! House has nice interior, lots of attention to detail. It has games, good quality linens, well equipped kitchen with nice tableware. Such nice touches like we found bacon, sausages, eggs, bread and juice left for us for breakfast! 100% recommend!"

"I had not realized how beautifully located The Gresham is to old town Leicester. The Gresham could use some refurbishing (hall carpets as an example) however, the ambiance was perfect for me. Friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast each day was delicious with reasonable selections. My room was quite cozy and comfortable. I have other trips planned from the US to Leicester and I will always book The Gresham for my stay. Overall, it was perfect for my needs. "
