Steps to the Beach, Cozy Year Round Cottage 🐾 Pet Friendly

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (44)
"Amazing property and relaxing weekend! 😄 Host was accommodating and responded promptly. Disappointed with accuracy of listing regarding the spa tub and picture/listing of canoe. Planned a canoe day and was unable due to no canoe on property. Dog loved the yard and enjoyed her stay too! "

"Cottage is very nice - interior is very clean - back deck area can use some TLC - location is excellent - walking distance to small community beach and just a very short drive to public beaches. Awesome location and New England beach town. VRBO photos are a bit outdated - (especially back deck/yard area) -"

Beach community with private beaches

Very much felt like a good place to stay in for a week with five people and wasn’t so big that you can’t clean up at the end of the trip. Ceilings are a bit low for the top floor but you can just banish the kids to the top floor."

Saltwater Gospel-Indian Town, Old Saybrook CT

"So much to like, and I'd bet the minor glitches will have been attended to, so don't hesitate to book this house. Clean clean clean! More kitchen supplies than Williams Sonoma. Comfortable furniture, loved the enclosed porch. Many thoughtful niceties, and very well stocked. It would have been 5 stars if we had been provided w more info upon first arriving. For example, telling us what day garbage was picked up, especially for a long stay like ours when the garbage can became full and excess had...
