"Very warm welcome, both for us humans and especially the dog (complimentary bed/treats and dog bowl for her use during the stay). Dog welcomed throughout the hotel including main restaurant. Meal at dinner was excellent as was breakfast. Warm, spotlessly clean room, well appointed, close to the bar/restaurant and had a convenient small garden space for the dog's convenience. We'll be coming back. "

"We arrived early but checking in was no problem. Very nice people. Food was nice too. Unfortunately we weren't too hungry so didn't get to sample the wonderful breakfast we read about. But the poached eggs were perfect. We stayed in a cabin which had everything you need for a short stay. It was warm and the bed was comfortable. The only thing I would say is the basin in the shower room was so small and awkward to use when brushing your teeth. A small niggle. Shower was fine, and very large. "

"Excellent hotel in quiet residential area on the very outskirts of Lowestoft . Room very comfortable and clean. Service good. Restaurant was busy and full . Plenty of parking. Would use again when in area. Recommended. "

"Was really convenient for visiting Snape Maltings for an evening concert. Room overlooking the golf course was clean and quiet, plenty of parking on site, would certainly use as a base for visiting an outstandingly beautiful are of Suffolk again in the near future."

"The staff were polite , helpful , friendly and informative , the food was delicious both the evening meal and breakfast , the pool facilities were great including a hot tub and steam room. The gym has plenty of equipment to use. The bedroom was adequate though the bed could do with a new mattress. The bathroom was good. The outside of the hotel could do with maintenance , updating, repairing and looking after. The decor on the inside however has some beautiful features, furniture and ornaments. "
