"Fantastic stay in this great accommodation. We had a great room which was spacious and had continental breakfast provided. The parking was on site and we had no problems with it. Shops and restaurants only 5 minutes walk. Phoniex Chinese restaurant is brilliant. City center only 15 minutes away. Great place to stay and a lovely city. Highly recommend. "

"Excellent service for a work trip away and only ten minutes drive from Newark Northgate train station, it's a quiet village so not alot around for a few miles, ordered takeaway instead so a small table under the window perhaps would have been a good addition and a bath sheet sized towel for the shower would have been welcomed but overall it was excellent and the most comfortable bed I have slept in all week whilst working away, instructions to retrieve the key to the room where clear and easy to...

"Dirty windows ripped curtains dull interior had job fiddling the Hotel, could do with a good clean over all I am very surprised that Expedia have not visited it and seen for yourself the state of the place. Did stay the night would not let our dog stay there TERRIBLE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE "

"The blinds in the first room i had were awkward to operate and didn't shut out the light efficiently. Cleanliness and comfort were spot on. The themed bar restaurant downstairs is very good."

"Got to the hotel to be told that there was not a room reserved for me. Apparantly the owner had stopped using Hotel.com in September, so was not expecting me. I could not be relocated as it was Lincoln Christmas Market, and all hotels were full. I therefore had to do the return journey all the way home, so wasted 4 hours and half a tank of petrol. Was told I would get a total refund to my mastercard, but then received a credit note instead."
