"Nice apartment, well situated to walk into town and great that it had on-site parking. Furnishings and decor were a bit shabby and kitchen equipment was limited. Would have been nice to have had a double bed in one of the rooms. Overall, good value for money and would stay again."

"We did not stay. The room was upstairs and we had to go through a really trashy yard to get to it. It was cold and the heaters didn’t work, smelt like mildew and the bathroom was a disaster! We let and found appropriate accommodations! I can’t believe they would consider renting the place! We had to travel down a one way road to get to the place and the gate was closed. The neighbor sent us another way and the grounds were beautiful but the place was totally trashed. There was nobody there to...

"Lovely little apartment, nice a clean. Bed was only a small double so a little snug but all lovely and clean. "

"stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"Nice property, clean and well equipped. Comfy beds, nice baths rooms and showers. Maybe some more pillows would be nice. Be prepared for some nightlife this end of town and parking is not provided but NCP nearby and you can park between 6pm - 8am outside the property. Overall nice accommodation."

"Great place! The back garden with its view of the Cathedral towers was a delightful surprise. I wished that windows could be opened for a breeze, or that there had been a fan, but the weather was mostly cool so opening the back door gave enough air. The apartment is clean, charming, comfortable and ideally situated. A dream spot and a perfect weekend! I hope to stay again someday."

"Very convenient location to walk around Newark. Clean & comfy flat. Its a little noisy due to normal street traffic from the front room & you need to search around for parking. Peter was great with communication & responded promptly."
