"Mary's place was perfect for a weekend getaway from Chicago with friends! Just minutes from the Warren Dunes and Michigan Wine Trail, there was no shortage of fall activities. The bedroom layout was perfect for our group of 6 singles and we loved piling onto the downstairs couch after a full day. Due to the season we weren't able to take full advantage of the pool and backyard, but we hope to return in the summer for a longer stay."

"We really loved this place. Had a little family and friend getaway and it was the perfect size for us. I will say the description says for 8 people. But I don’t think more than 7 should stay. One can sleep on the couch so if you’re not picky about where you sleep then it’s not bad. But it’s not a pull out. We went with 6 people and it was perfect for us. "The house is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other rental properties. It is close to a couple of great restaurants and in the geographical middle of 2 very popular spots on the coast - New Buffalo to the South and St. Joseph to the North. It had everything we needed including some essential cooking spices which you almost never see in a rental property. The kiddos e joyed the pool and hot tub. We will certainly return."

"My siblings and I were looking for a quiet place to spend some time with our mother, and this place was perfect. The Sawyer Cottage was very nicely decorated and felt warm and inviting. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean. There was plenty of space for us to gather and spend time together. I definitely plan to stay again. "
