"A fantastic and chill way to spend time with the majestic Sumatran elephants in a very impressive environment. The facilities are great and they are constantly improving. The room was extremely comfortable and the staff quickly and effectively made up our room and performed the turndown service seamlessly. The place is a ton of fun and very well cared for. My family loved it all. "

"First of all embracing the amazing jungle view from the river front villa is amazing, also the room is huge and the breakfast is among the best in Bali island. "Amazing property and staff! The property is serene, we stayed in two-story Villa, which is absolutely amazing! Views are breathtaking. Floating breakfast is a must! "It was a huge 1 bedroom apartment, which was good as it helped block out some of the traffic noise. Staff were really nice and helpful, the night watch man booked a dolphin watching trip for me at the same price as it would have been in town, and I was picked up by the boat right in front of the hotel. "Lovely and quiet. Masssage was amazing. Unfortunately I was unwell while staying here (not their fault), they organised an excellent Doctor to come to my room and checked in regularly to make sure I was improving. The staff here are wonderful, highly recommend."
