"This is a lovely property surrounded by pleasant gardens and countryside. There is a great swimming pool which has an easy to use cover keeping the water temperature very comfortable. The houe is well equipped and there are plenty of outdoor chairs and loungers. It took us around 7 mins to drive to Anduze, a lovely little town with plenty of bars, shops and a supermarket. Guy, the owner is a very nice man with good English. We would love to return to this house."

Prior to arrival, we were informed that we would be charged an additional 10 euros per person for towels to rent, even though they were listed as included in the amenities. After questioning this, we were told it was because we weren’t staying a minimum of 5 nights. This was also not included in the listing description. "Really ideal place for even longer vacation in Provence and southern France. Town Uzes is one of the best places to live in this area. Small but really lively. Our vacation with 6 and 9 years old children was just perfect with back yard pool (120 cm deep) where learned to swim and dive in the heat of summer. "The owner was very gracious & welcoming. This home has great spaces & is very well stocked with kitchen equipment. The village is quaint & is a great base x nearby attractions. It was a little confusing finding the home but rewarding to find it tucked just off a main road. Definitely a great place to enjoy family & unwind."

"We had a fantastic week in Michelle and Gerard's guest home. The house is spotlessly clean with everything you could wish for. Our daughter's aged 12 and 15 loved the pool. You're a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk to the nearest town. This was lovely to walk to for our morning coffee and baguette. Uze is a 10 minute drive away, which is also beautiful to explore. "Gorgeous, bijou stone cottage full of charm within walking distance of Uzès. Outside sitting areas in a beautiful garden and shared use of pool with main, larger rental property. We were lucky that no one was renting the larger property during most of our stay but be aware that it's very close to it and no physical division so wouldn't be very private when otbers are there. I'd definitely come back."
