"Great place to stay. Kim and Duncan are friendly and welcoming hosts. Always responsive to anything we needed. The house is mostly on one level with plenty of space. Comfortable beds and furniture. The houses was peaceful and surrounded by nature. It was also an ideal location for the Cathar castles we were visiting. The pool was warm and very nice to use. It is well looked after. "Decorated with historic items, fireplace, nice views. This place has potential but needs fixes to achieve a high level expected. Woke up in pain, feeling all metal springs in mattress. Padded with 2 blankets from airplane to survive till morning. Flipped upside down for next night, but it had a hill and a valley. Only 3 teaspoons & 1 dessert fork for 6 people, no water boiling pot, dish fluid empty. Please improve before next guests arrive!"

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be...

"Good location very close to the pistes. Could do with a bit of a refresh, but for the price can't complain. Staff somewhat brusque at times, but nothing too much to put you off. Nice and quiet at night and comfy beds. Slept well. "

"Every room is a junior suite. Underground parking under the hotel with direct access to the hotel. Easy access to the main tax free shopping area. For access to fitness center, you need to reserve a time with a receptionist and get a separate room key. Jacuzzi does not work."
