"Everything was wonderful for the exception of not having Wi-Fi in the room."

"I had a really great time at the resort. The only thing I’d say is being bombarded once you arrive at the resort with workers wanting to up sale your stay and make you a member was a bit overwhelming. I’d also say even though it was a family friendly resort, having children around and at the bar area was inappropriate. "

"The beach was perfect at the end of April and the beginning of May. We had an amazing week at the Riu Palace. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we plan to return."

"This resort is nothing less than spectacular! The staff is incredible and all the food is amazing. The grounds were very well kept and quiet. Never had a problem finding a poolside or beach chair. Couldn't have picked a better resort for our first visit to Jamaica! Will definitely be returning."

"I really enjoyed staying at this property. The junior suite was very spacious despite the name and created a great feeling of ambience. Everyone that greeted us on the property were very nice and welcoming. They made you feel very appreciated to be there even if it was just giving you a ride back to your room or attending one of the entertainment shows. They also have an app that allows you to view everything going on at the property from a la carte restaurants to the the daily events. Even if you do not ahve the app they do a great job of annoucing what events you could expect throught the day. - Only disclaimer is that you can tell it is a fairly new hotel because they still have areas that need to be worked on that is mostly cosmetic. "
