"Overall a great place to stay. As we had room 17 at the very top, our view was spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful in a timely manner. Kitchen setup was good for making breakfast or a light meal. The only down side with our stay was the seating for the room . "The unsanitary no water situation is ridiculous. The first 3 days, no water for a shower. You could not flush the toilets. I had to demand them bring gallon jugs of dirty water. So we can flush the toilet. I got 3 showers. In 10 days I dn't know what's going on in Negril ll but it's getting ridiculous. No clean towels no clean sheets and nobody has an answer don't think you or Jamaica cares i could never take a guest there a beautiful section of beach totally neglected "

After waiting for one and a half hours at 20.00 hours I received a message "Sorry, but the owner cancelled the booking " At that time of night in that area where there's no other accommodation we had to hurry to the next area 45 minutes drive away where we were lucky to find accommodation for the nights, the lady said that we were so lucky because she was just about to close for the night.
