"Property was as described. Clean spacious quiet and comfortable. Security was definitely not giving anyone access if guest did not not inform them of such. The host/property manager was prompt with sending assistance when needed and Christopher was quite pleasant and respectful to us. Definitely recommend and will book this again in future"

"We loved our stay! The location is great and the property had everything we needed. The bathroom is pristine and the shower is heavenly. Well-equipped kitchen, which was important for us so we could cook our own meals. The supermarket downstairs is brand new and the prices are very competitive. Just a short walk through downtown Negril to the beach. Highly recommend, and we will definitely book again."

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was there - air conditioning, TV, hot water, refrigerator & freezer, etc. There were also books available for us to read. Felicia, the owner was also very polite and helpful. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quiet relaxing getaway. We're definitely going back for another stay!"

"Safe gated community with security. This unit is right across from the pool and beach. It has no outdoor deck or porch area. The back of the unit is right on main Highway A1, so you can here noise from the road at times. The description and pictures need updated some. There's no video or music library, no Wii video game, no shampoo or conditioner. It's fairly cheaply furnished as a lot of rentals are, but mostly adequate. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. It had all bedding and towels needed,...

"Our stay was very good. Convenient location. Easy to travel like the locals.Check in was not smooth as we were not met in the unit by the manager and we’re not informed. Unit was open. Security helped us to get that sorted. On night one had Wi-Fi issues which made communication with our trip group a challenge. Unit was easy to rent. Simple process. We paid the price posted."

"Walking distance to everything -- yet off the hustle and bustle of the city. everything was in place as advertised even though the beach was nearby, they have a swimming pool! A treasure for the children TOP of the line security in place. It is a gated community and they do not play. No ID, no ENTRANCE. We felt safe. drawback: the washing machine was out of order but we went right after Hurricane Beryl. a larger TV would have been nice"

"The unit itself was fine once you were inside, except there was no TV service. However, we were not told that the entire facility was under construction. Apparently a new owner of the facility is stuccoing, painting and renewing the entire place. Our view out our front window was of a man on a scaffold 2 feet away, applying stucco. The pool behind the unit was empty, except for dirt. There was NO place to sit outside, workmen everywhere."
