"Extremely convenient for the Airport if one has an early flight. From my alarm to through security via bag drop was ~15minutes. Restaurant is excellent with good selection of beers and wine; the bar was not open late (I think last orders were22:30) but this is not a terrible idea anyway :-) A bit expensive compared to other options in Cluj, so might not be as good if you're looking for a bargain."

"I suspect this is a totally refurbished Communist-era hotel but it has been refurbished magnificently. It is just over the river from the Central Park and just below the wooded Belvedere, creating a quiet, almost non-urban setting. It is an easy 10 minute walk to all the sights in Cluj and there is a bus stop with a goodconnection to the train station just beside the main entrance. Breakfast was sumptuous and generous too."

Staff is friendly and helpful, my room was adequate for the price and breakfast was generous and tasty. Only 2 quibbles. 1. skimpy pillow. 2. no way to adjust heat/cooling in room and in the course of 4 days in mid-October, one would have need of both."

"The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We weren’t sent the room entry codes ahead of time but a quick call to the manager fixed that and he sent them right away.
