The house is in a wonderful area, very quiet and rural yet only 3-4km from the nearest villages/ small towns with lots of great restaurants etc. The house itself is wonderful - a true home from home. The garden is 'rustic' but great for lots of people and the dog. Note - it is not fully fenced in, although there are hedge boundaries and gates to the main road, so the dogs can (and ours did!) escape! The house offers interesting spaces, from large kitchen for group cooking to 2 living rooms, play areas, the 6-bed kids room and obviously a stunning outside area. "We stayed at the house for 2 weeks in Aug 24. House was exactly as advertised. Check in process was easy and the owner lives next door and was happy to assist with any issues. He also visited the property early each morning to clean the pool. The location is quite remote but it's very peaceful and has lovely views over the neighbouring vineyards. If you want a quiet and peaceful break deep in the Ardeche then we highly recommend"

The two kitchens were well-equipped and we enjoyed meals on the terrace enjoying an incredible view of corn fields and mountains in the background.
