"We were a party of 5 young at heart seniors who enjoyed every minute. The accommodation was of a high standard and a lot of thought went into the detail to make our stay 5*. The beds were very comfortable and the ensuites immaculate. The weather at the time was hot and we made use of the lovely pool and aircon. The location was perfect, isolated and quiet, yet only 6km from a delightful village Monpazier. I hope we have the pleasure of returning again. Thank you Sonja & Mark"

"Visiting the area my fiancé spent her childhood summers and the house is a 4min drive from the town center with beautiful views across the valley and wooded areas. Nice and peaceful but still local to the town and amenities. Pool and outdoor areas are perfect for lazy days and evenings and the house (old school) is quirky, rustic and lovely with all that you could need. Host was excellent with information required and directions to find the house. Thank you for letting us stay"

"This was our 2nd stay in the property (albeit 16 years between visits) and it didn’t disappoint. The property is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The views are amazing, and the sight of the hot air balloons rising through the mist in the mornings is spectacular. The local village is very quiet but it is only a few minutes drive to Beynac-et-Cazenac and into the Dordogne valley with all its sights and attractions. "Excellent communication beforehand. Arranged meal on first night which was excellent. Owners very welcoming and knowledgeable about the local area. The house was so clean, the two bathrooms were a godsend so no hanging about waiting for them to become vacant. Lovely sitting area outside even though it was a bit chilly in the evenings. Local area is full of lovely places to visit."
