"Property great location and very spacious for a family of +6 or more. Property is not as clean, stains on pillows and blankets on bed, no sheets or bedspreads, also, the hot water for showers, hand washing, and cleaning dishes is limited. When there’s 5+ people showering, it’s impossible at this location to keep water hot. I also had to request for my check in information because it was not sent to me. "Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Haus Bergglück verbracht. Die Zimmer sind modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. "Booking was really easy. Olivia communicates well by e-mail and answers queries quickly. We had a really late arrival at the property which went really smoothly as arranged by Olivia. The house is very large. The living area is warm and cosy with a sofa and a seating area if you want to eat there. The kitchen is very well equiped so there were no problems with cooking for 5.
