"I checked in to find my original room hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. I went downstairs to inform the lady at check in and she apologised profusely and said she would upgrade me to a superior room. I was really pleased about this as I would have been happy with my original room just being cleaned by housekeeping. The lady at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me. My superior room was absolutely gorgeous and completely spotless. I had a coffee making machine, super soft and comfortable bed and a glorious view of the park across the street. My room was amazing!! The breakfast was wonderful and really delicious. The staff were really polite, friendly and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend. "
