This second floor room also provides daily housekeeping as well as complimentary sample Aveda toiletries, in-room coffee, tea, bottled water, breakfast muffins & biscotti and private parking. Weekend getaway
Beautiful room, clean and lots of amenities, easy check in and out, perfect location! The only downside is we could hear the activity and conversation in the neighboring rooms and the live band in the bar next door. It was good music though. But the bar music is to be expected when you are in the heart of all the activity. Overall, great stay!

10 year Anniversary trip
This was a fantastic place to stay. It is within walking distance to everything. The room was very clean and very comfortable. We plan on coming back at some point. When we do, this will be where we stay! The only issues we encountered was that the parking is in a back alley and very tight. Luckily no one was in the parking space behind us or it would have taken some time to get out. It is still very much worth it though! Saugatuck is a beautiful place and this accommodation was what we needed for our ten year anniversary! If you are looking for a place to stay…this is the place for you!

Very pretty, clean, great location
Photos make it look darker than it is. Looks better in person! Bright and cheery! So cute and clean. They even came in the next day and gave us fresh linens and made the beds etc. Location is in the center of town. Will definitely be back!

Best Week Getaway!!!
If you've chosen Saugatuck, MI for a visit, any of the Bella Vita Vacation suites would be the perfect accommodation. Located right in the middle of downtown Saugatuck, it is walkable to dozen of shops, galleries, restaurants and the marina. Kevin and his staff were wonderful in providing everything one would need to enjoy their stay (including recommendations to restaurants, that week events and hiking). The suite was clean and beautify decorated. Daily complimentary coffee, muffins, water and chocolates! Looking forward to our next trip!

My husband and I stayed at the Milano suite for our 10 year anniversary, and it was everything it said. Very clean, and clearly stated directions posted throughout the place. Nice touch with the coffee and snacks, great location. I didn't realize that the Aveda spa was connected and would have loved to plan a spa experience next time. Is there a way to communicate that in the posting? Improvements: Minor details that would make the stay better would be possibly consider a magnifying mirror? Not a game changer because the place had all that it stated it had. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Location...Walk everywhere
The location is the best part. Parking is tight, but you have a spot. That is worth it. Bring your own hangers if you want to hang anything up. Small dorm size fridge with little freezer. Bring an ice tray if you want something in the room. Easy to access and easy to maneuver around. We have spent a lot of time in the area and go from Holland to the north and South Haven to the south. Nice to come back to a parking place and a little bit of comfort in our room. It was quiet during our stay. Once the door was shut...the outside world did not exist.

Perfect location. Right in the heart of town and down the street from the water. Such a cute studio above the shops. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved the warm fireplace. Such a gorgeous location.

We had to cancel very last minute, and we were able to get a refund, very grateful they were willing to do this for us and refund a majority of our funds. Hope to stay w/them in the future and experience their properties!

Wonderful location and stay!
We just spent a few days at this location and are more than thrilled with the accommodations! The location and parking is amazing!
