Good reception area, friendly staff. 15 min walk to beach downhill. WiFi in rooms. Option to clean apartment to avoid €50 cleaning fee (no cleaning products supplied). "This was a fantastic experience. The site of L'Allee des Dunes is in a beautiful location near the sea and in the forest. There are 3 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts on site. Soccer Court & basketball facilities and mini golf close by. Cycling paths through the forest nearby. The apartment was very well equipped, very clean and well layed out. Plenty of restaurants close by. We had a wonderful Holiday in a wonderful place. We'll be back."

Assez bien équipé, mais ameublement très sommaire, surtout dans les chambres.Bien accueillis par Léa qui s'est efforcée de résoudre les problèmes: appartement non habité, donc difficile à réchauffer, surtout qu'il a fait froid cette semaine-là (et oui, même à Biarritz il peut geler la nuit!) Et le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas. J'espère que cela aura été réparé pour les locataires suivants.Sinon, pour l'été, c'est sûrement...

"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost.
