"Old beauty (1911) with gorgeous floor plan in a very good area near Zurich (enjoyable trip on a boat to Zurich center, about 20 min, boat station is 10min away). A lake view from the “garden” room (glass surrounded room outside the mainframe of the house) is breathtaking! Unfortunately, the 1950s house updates (and more recent plastic floors) are making it not so perfect: no air conditioner (we stayed there with +36C heat wave for a whole week!! - it was very uncomfortable…), old cabinets,...

"Really really loved this location. Beautiful space if you really want to “live” in Switzerland. We were able to go grocery shopping and cook in our apartment, with all appliances included. Beautiful location as well, with the local train just a 4 mins walk away. It was easy to find and easy access to get in and out the building. "Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....
