"We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. "Great location, public transportation is close by, basic shopping facilities are nearby, modern facilities and properly maintained rooms. No fridge in the room, but I think that’s usual in Germany now 😮"

"I have stayed at the Am Kai 334 a few times due to work, biggest mistake I made was informing my work colleagues how convenient it was to stay there and be able to walk to our work vessel on new change day, as they started to also book rooms, leaving me to search other alternatives. The rooms are immaculately clean, and have the best showers I have ever used. The staff are very helpful and resolve any queries you may have on booking a taxi, shopping areas, local restaurants etc etc. The area is so quiet I have the best sleep ever."
