Solid Stay in Rostock
This was an unexpected pleasant hotel that served us well as we stayed the night in Rostock awaiting our ferry the next morning. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. It is a bit outside of the downtown area, but it definitely has all you need for a no-frills stay.

Das Personal im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hatten alles sehr gut im Blick und auch beim Frühstücksbuffet war alles da was das Herz begehrt ,sehr lecker . Vom Personal am Empfang haben wir uns nicht so richtig gut aufgehoben gefühlt uns fehlten teilweise Informationen das eine Geburtstagsfeier statt findet und es ziemlich laut wird. Abends standen wir am Snack Automaten ,als sich essen in dem Automaten verharkte und nicht heraus kam kl,kam vom Empfang nur ein Achselzucken.Die Dame im Housekeeping war freundlich das Zimmer war sauber . Auf den Betten konnten wir sehr schlecht schlafen ,was wahrscheinlich daran lag das sie für uns zu weich waren . Wir hätten uns noch ein zweites Kissen in der Ausstattung gewünscht und auch das, das Restaurant Mittags sowie auch Abends geöffnet hat bzw das man sich abends ,auch mal an die bar setzen kann .Unternehmungen sowie Billard oder Dart haben uns etwas gefehlt. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt OK .

Freundliches Personal. Obwohl im Angebot tägliche Zimmerreinigung steht, wird diese nur durchgeführt, wenn man am Tag vorher dies vermerken lässt. Auf Nachfrage wurde Einsparung von Personalkosten angegeben. Duschbad war leer und Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Kaffeemaschine war defekt. WLAN war ausgefallen

Es war bis spät in die Nacht extrem laute Musik mit Bass zu hören. Ich war dort zu einer Fortbildung mit anschließender Prüfung. Die halbe Nacht dröhnte so laut Musik, dass man kaum zum Schlafen kam.

An erholsamen Schlaf, war leider nicht zu denken. Da die Türen von den Zimmer so laut zufallen :(

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da wir es nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Ein kleines Manko ist, dass das Hotel ziemlich hellhörig ist.
