"The hotel doesnot honor online services mentioned. It was mentioned that we would have free breakfast but hotel denied it and said to contact hotels.com Tried to call and chat both to hotels.com but they were unreachable. Extremely disappointed by hotels.com. Have never came across such a pathetic lack of customer service before. Also, the hotel doesn't have twin beds. They will give you mattress to sleep of floor if you are more than 2 adults. Only good thing was that the room was clean which...

"The internet pictures lie. The hotel is in middle of nowhere and best to book only if you have work exactly at schools or residential areas nearby. Rooms has water seepage and black spots aplenty. Tv and set top box remotes weren’t working often. The Wifi didn’t work one day. When I was taking bath with soap on my body, the water supply ends suddenly .. and they say wait 30mins to 45mins. Incredibly comforts and hospitality

"This is just a fantastic hotel, with incredible amenities, food, and most crucially - staff. We had an amazing 3 night stay as a family right from our check in experience to the final checkout. Highlights were the child friendly check out process, the quality of the breakfast spread and Asian restaurant, as well as the housekeeping team from Royce and the Ayurvedic massage by Martha. The pool and the desserts at PSB were just the cherry on the cake (no pun intended)l"
