"This is my regular place to stay and while everything about it is typically great, this time the staff person did not greet me and continued their phone conversation for six minutes before acknowledging me. After arriving late at night after a long journey, it was disappointing to be kept waiting so long to check in. Staff have always put calls on hold to quickly check me in previously, otherwise it was a great stay as usual."
