The door coming in didn’t work, waited for the maintenance guy to walk by to let us in. Front desk person wasn’t there. He also had to go find him to check us in. Elevator smelled like cigarette smoke. Continental breakfast was decent the ladies in there were very polite and friendly.

I heard plumbing and people moving around at 3:30 onward from room above me (and they were only moving around). I asked for the quietest room possible when I checked in and was put on 2nd floor in room closest to the elevators. In the future I am now going to call the front desk before I book any hotel and ask whether the floors are cement (I believe it is possible that the hotels is 'stick built', meaning it doesn't have cement floors between floors).

Surprisely really nice. Better than most Best Westerns. The room was a above the level of the property in that it was clean, had a nice layout and was very quiet. I never heard any of the other guest even though I was right beside the elevator. Staff was lovely Breakfast was good.

Air conditioning unit was incredibly loud. The vending machine was out of order. My card didn't work to get into the room. The carpets are all stretched out in the hallways and a tripping hazard.
