"This hotel is amazing with stunning decor, Onsen bath and beautiful grounds with large pond and bamboo. Rooms are larger than usual for Japan. Inuyama castle is visible from the grounds from some rooms. There is a national treasure tea garden that you can go to for matcha. If you are looking for a traditional Japanese experience this is NOT IT! This is not a Ryokan or traditional Onsen with tatami mat floors and dinner served in your room. It is a fantastic modern hotel with a very western approach to rooms and services done with Japanese taste and sense of style. "

"Beautiful views. Not very baby friendly but they do offer provate family bath that you can rent for the whole family which was nice."

"Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a good spread and they even had complimentary rice bowls for guests every evening. It has a “no shoes” policy which was quite a novelty. "
